- If you are applying for a new Pilot Rank only, leave all fields below "Pilot Rank" empty.
- If you are applying for a new aircraft type rating only , leave the "Pilot Rank" field empty.
Pilot Rank
The new Pilot Rank you are applying for.
Available Pilot Ranks:
First Officer
Captain Trainee
Captain
Senior Captain
Veteran Captain
Chief CaptainFS check ride version
The FS version (FSX or FS2004) you want to use for the check ride.
Aircraft Type
The new aircraft type rating you are applying for. Use the IATA or ICAO aircraft type designator.
FS Aircraft Product
The aircraft you are using in MS Flight Simulator, for example:
- PSS Dash 8 (Phoenix Simulations Software)
- PSS A320 (Phoenix Simulations Software)
- LDS B767-300 (Level-D Simulations)
- 737 PIC (Wilco Publishing)
- PMDG 737NG
- PMDG MD11
- PMDG B747-400
Or a default MS Flight Simulator Aircraft, e.g. Airbus_A321, B737_800. Not too many options here!
